(Almost) no trading this week, due to Orthodox Easter vacation (thanks God!). I am leaving city for the mountains.

Reversal setup
My 10 sec setup (see labels) gave 6,5 pips. Trade closed too early, because previous trend was also up (price resumed his move up), so the trade long was relatively safe.

Jacqueline du Pre (1945 - 1987)
"A creature like no other and beyond words", "pure genius", "purity and truth shone out through her music".
Jacqueline's story is one of the most legendary of all twentieth century musicians' stories, and also, sadly, one of the most tragic. At age 20, she was among the top 3 cellists in the world allready. At age 26 she could not play very well anymore. Two years later she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and had to stop playing. In 8-9 short years of career, she recorded most of the works available for the cello and some of these recordings are still considered "definitive" for the instrument, the best ever. She had then a few years of teaching and died on October 19, 1987, at the age of 42.
As a passionate of cello, I have listened most of the important cellists of the 20th century and many of the less important. I never met elsewhere the emotion I felt with Jacqueline's records, not even with Rostropovich's ones.
(after a week-end with some of her cds, I wanted to write a few words about her, for some friends who didn't know her art).

Weekly Stats : Week 22 (14-18/4)
44 trades (22x2 lots) in 4 trading days this ending week, the W/L ratio increased to 2,5. Reward/Risk ratio increased too, showing some kind of consistency in trading. I am on a good track ...untill the next big fault.

Always conservative on Friday
This is from London session today. Followed by 3 small trades of 1-2 pips gain, which i consider nulls. Friday's fear to lose the weekly gains...
The reason I allways post the 1 min chart, is because i enter a trade evaluating this chart mainly and use 1 sec chart for more precise entry only (today's entry was not precise at all...).

Bad trading
This is a typical example of my refusal to close fastly a losing trade while I know I could lose more. It happens to me once a week or a month. On this trade, after my entry short, I had several higher lows on CCI, a very strog signal that a reverse was imminent. Trade not closed, went to -22 and luckily enouph reversed again, so I could close it at -12p. It could go to -50 or -100. How can I risk a week's labour in just one trade? That's still a mystery to me.

Just before the correction
14,5 pips grabbed on the last up move, just before the correction. More pips were then on the downside but I didn't got the ride.

Weekly Stats : Week 21 (7-11/4)
A week that would be exceptionnal whithout the 3 consecutive losses in Friday (see previous) which dropped W/L ratio from 5 to 2! Anyhow the reward/risk ratio increased to 1,11 and would be nice to keep it bigger than 1,0 in the next weeks. 42 trades (21x2 lots) this week but half of them in one day, Friday.

3 losers
Compulsive trading again: Entered 3 consecutive times at almost the same price, in an obviously flat trend. Tight stoplosses filled easily.
