Forexbird, in the past you've mentioned using setups. Do you trade strictly by the setups only, or do you use the setups as guidelines and adapt your entries/exits to market conditions?

my time for trading is 1700-1800 local, 10pm EST. Sometimes the London opening too.

Some of the setups on this label are obsolete now, still there to show the evolution. I try to use the setups i have in mind now, and stick with them.

Yes It is very important to go with the trend otherwise in a high risk market Forex, it is so easy to ride with the wrong pace and eventually throw all the capital, I always go where my broker OctaFX tells me since they have free expert analysis service that even if a blind follow he will also become successful so I am a guy with decent experience, so it is even easier for me to make profits with them.
