Ambitions
The Birmigham Symphony Orchestra at Athens Megaron, with the new star of the podium, the Latvian Andris Nelsons as conductor and Wagner on the program. He was appointed just three months ago with this orchestra and he attacked already the summits of Wagnerian art, like Tristan's Prelude and Liebestod! It was almost inevitable for him to replace Wagner's gravity and teutonic poetry with italian bravura. The only problem is that Tristan und Isold is not the Barbiere di Sevilla..

Bugge
A new discovery, the Norwegian pianist and composer Bugge Wesseltoft. Terrific music. One more in the big family of Scandinavian jazz musicians. You can enjoy a free full preview of his new album on his site.
I know, I made your next hour, maybe your day. Not me, Bugge did it!

One more try
And these to end the morning session. Missed the middle leg down. A nice downtrend is profiling here but I must leave screens by now.

Nice afternoon
I am proud for this session, although the 3rd trade was not good. But in my condition, i cannot ask for more. Stopped here to enjoy some music, as my friend Andrea suggested.
An other friend asked me why I draw an arrow AND a triangle for every entry/exit. I don't draw anything. The program (Ninjatrader) puts these symbols on the chart when I click to enter/exit trades IN REAL TIME, via their chart trader utility. The arrow signs the moment, the little black triangle takes account of the spread too. This is also my only proof that my trades are real. NO "creative" drawing of arrows on the charts, afterwards. lol.

Illusions
The first trade was closed under panic, although the entry signal was still intact. A sign of extreme fatigue.

Two trades
Just 2 trades today, between 2 visits to the hospital to see my father. The first one was risky, i should stop going against the wave on a strong move. The second was more safe, more predictable. Trendlines were important to both trades.

Norah Jones
FANTASTIC voice, pure and spiritual like Arvo Part! The joy, the happyness to listen to this on a sunny Sunday morning, with the kids.

Arvo Part
I was listening again this morning this splendid introduction to the work of the biggest living composer today. The music of the big Estonian is quite a mystic experience for thousands of music lovers around the world. Many of them are not even classical music fans. But Part is special : once you give him your attention, you are "hooked" for the rest of your life. He introduced the new simplicity, a kind of hightly spititual minimalism. Nothing to do with the American minimalists (Reich, Glass).
This low price cd has samples from all periods of his work and an an excellent 70 pages booklet. There is also a site dedicated to him. You can listen his most known piece, Spiegel im spiegel, here. An emotive masterclass with him, about his 2 minutes marvel, fur Alina, here.

Better trades
Better trades today, on an easier market of course. I am happy for the two trades I closed at break even (not waiting for the trend to resume down, geting a -20 in the face just waiting...)

Afternoon session
A few pips during a break from my heavy day schedule. Multiple entries on the same wave like these on the chart, eat up the possible gains because of the spreads (and commissions of course).
I hope to return tomorrow to the London session opening.

Afternoon session
My afternoon session. One important mistake, CCI was ignored on this late entry, a false trend continuation. A positive day although.
