Sometimes, it becomes incredibly tough to find right opportunities with market been so silent, so in such conditions, we should better be waiting, but I do like trading regularly because of OctaFX broker, as they have incredibly low charges as far spread goes, it starts from just 0.1 pips, so for me to cover this is fairly easy and even if I open trade when market is so silent, I can still collect 2-3 pips in fairly straight forward manner.
