Overtrading

My 5' clock session. Two good trades and then five unnecessary ones. I had all the pips i needed and then I continued, to follow price further down. Consolidation gave minor losses and more conmmission expenses.

The only ennemy of my method is named  overtrading. Overtrading means gambling attitude. The ennemy is inside me.

I noticed you often trade near the opening of the London or NY session. Is this because you don't have the time to trade different hours, or is it because the opening gives the smoothest moves?

""the opening gives the smoothest moves"". Precisely. Looking for increased volatility, around openings and after news announcements.

Over-trading is definitely one of the worst things and we got to make sure we trade only when there is a clear opportunity present instead of riding into miracles type. I am glad that I trade with OctaFX broker where I get massive advantage and that’s to do with their low spreads from 0.2 pips to high leverage up to 1.500, it really opens gate for me in terms of great opportunities all the time and allows me to be successful easily.
