Precaution is always better than cure which is why I feel you did really well with closing the trade, it’s often that we don’t go with what we see just because of greed and always end up with disappointments, so that’s why I feel it’s very good to take strong decision where we can secure our account instead of having to risk it. Also, I am currently doing scalping with OctaFX broker using their small spread of 0.2 pips for all major pairs, so I often close trades only with few pips.
