A more than perfect week for me, with a win/loss ratio at 9, my best ever. This is the result of very cautious trading in the last few days. I decided to avoid big risks and that paid off. 34 trades (17x2 lots) in 4 trading days, 18 winners, 2 losers, 14 nulls (0-2 pips). Hope i will continue that way, even with smaller w/l ratios.

One trade a day is all that is needed plus compounding.
i don't have the time and it would be boring: many of my trades are closed at 0-2 pips, considered as nulls, i play defense on them, not very interesting. I publish the most important and all my big mistakes.
if you close for 0 pips it's not a null trade but it's a loss, you should count commission as a part of your trade. A null trade is when you cover your commission and don't have a gain.
I would definitely appreciate these types of stats, but see for a new comer it’s very difficult to achieve this. I am not saying impossible, but it would be 1/100 kind of possibility. I am nowhere near this consistency, but I am happy with my performance which is boosted by OctaFX broker due to their tiny spread of 0.2 pips for all major pairs, so that really makes my life easier and I am able to make profits really consistently and hopefully soon I will be able to get this type of results too!

When I feed them bread, they take just a little piece at a time and fly away. They keep on flying back and forth, taking small bits of bread. You will never be able to shoot a sparrow, it is just too fast. That is the way I day trade". M. Weinstein.

There is nothing to sell on this blog. No signals, no "systems" for sale. Just my trading plan and the recording of my trades on eur/usd and the fx euro future recently. And the books, the music, the films I like.

I got a few pips and then I left monitors to take care of my daughters. When I came back, price was 70 pips down...

Why take so many trades?
the real number is half of these, cause i count the 2 lots separately. But you are right, we need much less....
you should post all your 34 trades and not only a few ;-)

a +2 pips trade is also a null for me, ok?
