I could not resist to trade the volatile NY first hour on this Friday. It took an eternity to break a descending trendline on the hourly and then price got a pace to go up. Too many trades... tight stop behind the price gave many exits and re-entries. I am stopping at this point.

I believe over-trading is a curse that can be really big disaster, so that’s why we need to be very careful that we don’t do over-trading, as that’s the best way we will be able to succeed and achieve regular profits, but if we keep on doing over-trading then we will always have struggle. I am lucky to learn this lesson with help of OctaFX broker which is to do with their superb conditions which include low spreads, bonuses up to 50% and much more, it’s basically perfect company for me to work with.
