We all get rusty when not trading that’s why I always prefer to have at least demo account with me even if I am in no mood of real trading because that keeps me interested in the market and I know what’s happening otherwise even with a week break we get very confused after restarting so that’s why it’s necessary to be with the market and I don’t even have to get bored thanks to OctaFX as they have superb cTrader weekly contest where I am able to earn up to 400 USD profit per lot size trade.
