In my view it is really wise to take time off, as Forex is a sort of business where staying too much into this can make us addicted, so that’s why we need to make sure we take breaks once in a while. I work with OctaFX broker and they got great mobile trading platform, so that helps me keep eye on the market easily from any corner, it is useful when I am on holiday, as I can keep touch with the market, as it helps when we want to resume.
